With three device options, the system provides added flexibility to meet your companies individual needs.

The easy-to-use Fleet Management application allows you to quickly access a wide range of tools. From one screen, you have the ability to geo-fence, set up customized zone, speed, panic and ignition alerts, create in depth reports and view live or historical playback information. With the fastest refresh rate in the industry at 10 seconds or less, you can view vehicles in real time and create incredibly precise reports. For example, longer refresh times show cut corners in historical replay and cause mileage calculations to be off significantly.

Using the alert system within Fleet Management, you can receive e-mail or SMS notification when any of the four alert types are triggered. These alerts can be set for individual vehicles or your entire fleet. Geo-fences can be as large as a state or as small as a driveway. Additionally, the ability to set a time range for zone applicability and alert you when trucks enter or exit zones, you can receive prompt notification for a potential theft after hours.

Historical replay capabilities offer the ability to identify where your trucks were located throughout the day. Particularly useful when disputing accident claims or researching missed appointments, you can immediately identify where that vehicle was at a specific time and take appropriate action.

Taking advantage of the near instant refresh rates, the report manager allows you to generate extremely accurate reports for your fleet or specific vehicles. With the ability to display reports on screen or send Excel versions to multiple e-mail addresses, all necessary personnel can easily access information. Utilizing Excel’s graphical reporting capabilities, information can be presented in a visual format for quick, in-depth analysis.
