Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database is a necessary tool for you to effectively track and organize both current and prospective customers in one centralized location. Integrated with Service Orders, the CRM is populated with information including:
- Name/Company Information
- Address Information
- Additional Information
- Customer User Defined Fields
- CRM Notes
- Opportunities
This information can be added, deleted or updated at any time, with the ability to locate a subscriber through numerous fields such as first name, last name, city, state and zip code.
Within the CRM, there is access to adding Notes or Opportunities for each contact. The following items can be tracked on the account:
- Campaign Number
- Contact Date
- Product Code
- Status of the Account
- Salesperson
- Amount
- Additional Comments
Demographics can also be tracked, such as income level, if they rent or own, and additional user defined criteria which benefits the integration of Target, Campaign, and Suggestive Marketing.
Information is recorded in one centralized location of CRM, eliminating any duplication of records that are required with any third party CRM system.
