Account Code Billing
The Account Code Billing enhancement provides the ability to track, sort and total toll calls by Account Code on a subscriber's statement and in Subscriber Inquiry. This allows lawyers, contractors, consultants and other businesses to track toll charges by client or by employee by associating a code to each. When statements are printed, toll records with Account Codes continue to print on the current toll pages, with subtotals by account code. Additionally, a separate summary section lists all toll by account code regardless of carrier. For the summary portion, subtotals are included along with tax and grand totals. This simple yet powerful enhancement allows you to provide greater capabilities to your customer base and increase your profits with minimal customer service requirements.
