Wireless Billing
The Wireless Billing System operates in a WindowsTM-based, full color, "point & click" environment that is integrated with multiple other systems to offer a complete wireless billing package.
Similar to the current Wireline billing system, the Wireless Billing System can rate, match, process, and bill for wireless toll and airtime records. This system is designed to handle the industry formatted CIBER records. By adding only a few processing steps to the existing wireline billing cycle, you are able to benefit from an additional source of revenue. The Wireless System also ties into the Convergent System by creating a separate section on wireless recurring charges on the customer's current wireline bill as well as a seperate page(s) defining the wireless toll and airtime charges and service plans.
The system provides full wireless functionality to your already wireline billing system. Plus the flexibility of Table Driven Service Plans allows you to provide great packages to your customers.
