Account Write-Off System
The Account Write-Off Analysis allows you to spread the write-off balance of inactive accounts to all toll carriers by jurisdiction and up to 15 other categories of recurring and nonrecurring charges. Ex: Local Service, Misc., and Tax. The system retrieves previous monthly Subscriber Billing History records and continues to retrieve records until the balance you requested to write-off is reached. The system automatically calculates appropriate percentages for each line item. You can run one write-off at a time or run an analysis on all the inactive, balance due accounts.
