Scheduling System


The Scheduling System is directly linked with the Service Order System to let you begin making assignments the instant service orders come in. If 'other' non-service order jobs need assigning, go directly to the Scheduling System from the menu. Ex: meetings, vacation, or emergency work.


Employee/Resources

Enter or change employee or resource information at anytime. Keep detailed information current with the following fields available to you: Sort by ID Code, Short Name, or Long name for easy access to the information you need.

Work Units

Enter and maintain the availability of resources on specific days. Select which schedule to work with and whether weekends should be display of the calendar grid. Double click on any specific date and automatically view the employee and/or resources scheduled for that date and the AM and PM work units available for each. Easily enter reoccurring activities only once, and with a click of the mouse schedule or dispatch activities to a selected employee or resource.
