Subscriber Billing History System
Subscriber Billing History System (SBHS) provides you with subscriber profile analysis with complete toll, recurring, and nonrecurring categories. The total number of minutes, messages, revenue, and taxes are accumulated each month for each subscriber by carrier, jurisdiction, and call type. Nonrecurring and recurring total dollar revenue and taxes can be summarized for any one, or group of recurring or nonrecurring charges. Recurring and nonrecurring items can be summarized into 14 user defined categories.
The summarized billing history files are:
- Equipment & Service Transactions
- Tolls
This summary can be used to equitably distribute write-offs of inactive account balances.
Benefits
For each subscriber, there exists 2 possible files:
- Summarized Equipment & Services Transaction Billing History File This file can contain up to 14 different user-defined categories to accumulate item code billing information. For example: Regulated Local Service, Unregulated Local Service, and Miscellaneous. The file is summarized by subscriber, month, year, and category.
- Summarized Toll Billing History File
This file is summarized by subscriber account number, area code, exchange, carrier ID, jurisdiction, call type, and feature group. From there the number of minutes, messages, toll revenue, and all taxes are added to the file according to month and year.
