International Rating System

Creates an EMR formatted tape consisting of all rated international direct distance-dialed toll records. The information typed on the screen uniquely identifies each invoice or tape by invoice number, company ID, company phone number, billing NPA/NXX, and volume and tape label identifiers. Duplicate invoices and tapes of past invoices still on the system may be made at any time. To reuse an invoice number, first delete the old invoice using the delete oldest invoice option. A listing of the invoice/tape identifying information and the number of records written to tape is produced by this program.
