environment. The system is a multi-company, multi-state system which provides an automated means of meeting payroll and reporting requirements.
The Payroll System provides comprehensive payroll information through exchange and department specific information regarding employees' income, adjustments, taxes, deductions, benefits and historical data. The system also maintains specific tax withholding tables and provides necessary information for calculation of all deductions. Whether taxable or non-taxable, the Payroll System will perform the appropriate benefits calculations.
Powerful Payroll Cycle
The powerful payroll cycle processing of Payroll System provides a Labor Distribution Report within the payroll cycle. The report details the various types of labor hours entered within a specified range. When the current payroll is being generated and no accrual processing is being done, the system can generate a Current Payroll Income Report, a Payroll Audit Report and a Standard Deductions Register by Employee Number.
The reports available through the Payroll System number 25 with detailed reports including month-end reports, quarterly reports, year-end reports, and Payroll Check Register.
