Bundling
The Bundling enhancement provides the ability to promptly add multiple features to a customer's account with a discount. The simplicity for you to update a subscriber's account with bundling information and for subscribers to intuitively understand the bundling and discount information on their statement makes this enhancement a major advancement for your company and customers.
Customer statements have been modified to include bundling data and ensure a clear understanding of the information. For each of your companies, you can choose one of three optional statement formats for the detail section:
- One person appears on the statement for the entire bundle.
- The original price prints for each item within the bundle with a discount amount printing within each market
- The discount price prints for each item within the bundle
Bundling provides you and your subscribers a simple way to view and understand what bundles exist on a subscriber's account, the detail within each bundle, and the discount amount received. Bundling is a definite advancement in what services and discounts you can provide your subscribers and ensures the information is easy to understand for both employees and subscribers.
