PARS
The Quintrex PARS program was based on the AT&T v.5 PARS statement. This program will allow you to itemize for multiple carriers, at the carrier level, the billed carrier's revenue and adjustments. The time you previously spent manually figuring PARS is now eliminated, leaving you extra time for other projects. Because the PARS program is self-contained all other areas of your system remain unchanged.
Your greatest flexibility is being able to identify what makes up each charge code and adjust them as needed; quickly and easily.
System Flexibility
PARS was created to give you the reporting flexibility and information you want in the format you need. Tolls are summarized into the least common denominators (LCD) of group, record type, rate class, message type, and jurisdiction. You are then able to setup charge codes made up of the specified LCD. Presently on the system there are 2,220 possible variations of the LCD for the toll records and are grouped accordingly.
You may accept these charge codes, add more charge codes, or change the charge codes. Once setup, you can immediately generate a PARS statement. If you need to go back and adjust the charge codes, do so and then regenerate a statement and automatically the charges will be recalculated. Regenerate as often as you like before updating. These charge codes are set up to appear on your PARS statement as they do currently on the AT&T v.5 PARS Statement.
